How much is TOO MUCH PINK?

Pink Ribbons, Pink Pocketbooks, PINK as a symbol of support and assistance
for those in need of access to breast cancer diagnosis,
treatment and other help.

SONY makes a lovely pink laptop, and so does DELL.
All this pink living color started to support
the cause of Breast Cancer and to promote
Breast Cancer Awareness.

Somehow, I think the Breast Cancer Foundation has lost control......

A Fine Mess We're Into....

Since the Pennsylvania primary, I've become distracted by Presidential politics and talking points out on the campaign trail.

I suspect it would be too much to ask that the candidates refrain from bashing their opponents and talk about what they personally would do to fix this fine mess we find ourselves in. Can we make a new rule?

Hillary doesn't like Barack. I get it. So far, what I'm not getting (as much) is what she intends to do if elected to the Presidency.

McCain doesn't like Obama either, that much is clear. And, I understand that Barack thinks that politics is a nasty undertaking. We get it.

Can we just ask that the candidates for the highest elected office start talking about the issues, and what they themselves will do ? This is need to know information. An opinion of another candidate is not.

Housing, Social Security, Health Care, Education, College Costs, Jobs, Economy, Highway & Bridge Safety, Tax Reform, are all on the "let's talk about this" list - If anyone needs suggestions.

Little Poodles Livin' with the Big Dogs

In another life, I had a great time showing AKC Standard Poodles. They're wonderful, intelligent dogs. But, now that I'm ... um... more mature, I decided that just like downsizing the housing situation, it was the time of life to consider downsizing the dog too.

Meet my Augie. 5 pounds worth of dog that thinks he is the boss. Best friend to Casey his 70 pound Lab brother. Life with the dog sideshow is hilarious. Aug thinks he is a BIG dog, and now Casey, who should know better, thinks he is much smaller and should be able to get under the furniture just like that other dog does.

Laughter is the best part of life, no matter what the source. Makes your workday worth the long hours. Laughter makes home the place to be with the people you want to be there with you. Be sure to get your daily laugh
